The next step is an Initial Consultation either in-person or online. The Initial Consultation and each follow-up session last for 1 hour with the exception of the Smoking Cessation treatments – where there is a one-hour Initial Consultation and an additional one-off session lasting approximately 1.5 hours.

Sessions take place in my office in Hale, Altrincham. In-person appointments are discreet, with a fully private room and individualized care, or we can arrange online appointments via the Zoom App from the comfort of your home. Sessions are once weekly usually between 8 – 12 weeks, although this can vary depending on individual circumstances. Phobias can usually be resolved in as few as four sessions, again depending on individual circumstances.

Sessions are always solution focused and positive, focusing on your goals. It will always be you who will decide when your treatment is finished. Sessions are client based with the understanding that you know what works for you. That being said, a full client commitment is crucial to success.

Stress Management

Your home program of self-hypnosis will begin to change the way you respond to stress and enable you to confirm your commitment to adjust your subconscious patterns (if your stress bucket is full, we may need a session or 2 of stress reduction hypnotherapy before proceeding to your cessation session).

The mind learns through repetition so you will continue to reinforce the process by listening to your self-hypnosis track each night even after the cessation session.

Smoking Cessation

The smoking/vaping cessation session. You will get rid of your cigarettes, vape, ashtrays, lighters, etc before the session and when you leave you will be a non-smoker.
