  • Please don’t listen to your digital sessions when driving, operating machinery or performing any task which requires your full attention.

  • Do not use digital hypnosis if you suffer from epilepsy or have a history of psychosis

  • Try to refrain from caffeine or exercise before listening

  • It’s a good idea to use the bathroom before your session

  • Please turn off all your notifications on your phone or device so you won’t be disturbed

  • Digital hypnosis is very relaxing, and you may fall asleep while listening, but your subconscious mind will still be listening and receptive to the hypnotic suggestions embedded in the audio.

  • Ideally, try to listen to digital hypnosis sessions at night before bed or first thing in the morning as you will naturally be more relaxed and receptive. However, this depends on your schedule, so choose the best time for you.

  • It’s best to wear non-restrictive comfortable clothing

Before listening:

  • Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed.

  • Lie down on the bed or a comfortable of surface of your choosing; you can also be sitting upright with your head supported.

  • Switch your phone off or put it on flight mode or silent.

  • It’s best (but not necessary) to use headphones (earphones, headsets or AirPods) to reduce distractions and for a better listening experience.

  • Listen once or twice a day or listen once at night and add a guided meditation to set your intention for the day ahead.

  • For optimum results its best to focus on one topic at a time.

  • Repeat each session for 21 consecutive days to get the best results, however you can listen to your audio for as long as you would like.
