Step 1 – Download, Save, & Print

You will receive a secure link to your hypnosis MP3, meditation MP3, and 10-minute morning reset journal PDF lasting 24 hours after the first download. You don’t need any special apps, simply click the link and download and save to a device of your choosing. Print out the 7-day journal.

Step 2 – Before Bed. Listen to your hypnosis audio.

Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. Lie down on the bed or a comfortable surface of your choosing; you can also be sitting upright with your head supported. Switch your phone off or put it on flight mode or silent. It’s best (but not necessary) to use headphones (earphones, headsets or AirPods) to reduce distractions and for a better listening experience.

Step 3 -In the morning. The 10-Minute Meditation Reset.

Write: In the morning when you wake up, take out your journal for about 5 minutes. The journal can be printed out and completed by hand, or you can type directly in the PDF. Just follow the prompts. You can go through the 7-day cycle as often as you like, the prompts have been designed to be reused. Simply download a new, blank copy of the PDF to work with each week.

Listen: The 5-minute meditation has been designed to be used after your journal and before stepping out into the world. When you develop a daily practice of going within you will find the oasis of ease and space that is yours and always with you. Immerse yourself in your very own private inner resource of peace and well-being, a place that you can access every day, not just during your meditation.

Do not use The 10-Minute Meditation Reset if you suffer from epilepsy or have a history of psychosis

Try to refrain from caffeine or exercise before listening

It’s a good idea to use the bathroom before your session

Please turn off all your notifications on your phone or device so you won’t be disturbed

Ideally, try to listen to your 10-minute meditation reset in the morning when you wake up before you start your day.

It’s best to wear non-restrictive comfortable clothing

Before listening:

  • Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed.

  • For optimum results, it’s best to focus on one topic at a time.

  • Repeat each session for 21 consecutive days to get the best results, however, you can listen to your audio for as long as you would like.
