Who is this hypnosis audio for?

How Long Is This Hypnosis?

30 minutes with a brief introduction. 30 additional minutes of theta brainwave entrainment music to enhance a deep theta meditative state or to gently lull you into sleep when the session is over.

How Long Should I Listen?

Listen for at least 21 days, once a day to get the maximum effect, but you can also listen whenever you need to feel great about yourself. Make sure you listen to the audio daily for the best results.

Do I need to use headphones to listen?

I recommend using headphones or earbuds as this creates a more immersive experience and helps remove distractions from the environment. However, headphones are not necessary.

Do you have a refund policy?

I already use your meditations. Can I listen to the hypnosis audios as well?

Yes, my hypnosis audios have been designed to complement the meditations.

What is the difference between hypnosis and guided meditation?

That’s a great question and it’s a subtle but significant difference. Think of hypnosis a bit like going to a spa and meditation like going to the gym. Hypnosis allows you to drift off and let the suggestions work with your subconscious mind, while meditation is the art of paying attention and engaging the conscious parts of your brain. Both however activate the parasympathetic nervous system and allow you to experience a healing restful state.
